Workout for basic

i want to do some progression for some exercises but firstly i have to train my body basicly and i decided to do WOD for a complete and next and next for ever
jump 150
push up 20 wider 20 diamond 20 triceps 20
dips 15×3 backward 15×3

situp 20×3
bicycle crunch 50×3
lower back 20×3
front plank
leg raise

squat 20×3

pull up progression
Inverted rows 10×3
eccentric pullup 10×3
Half pull ups 10×3
sternum and belly pull up 10×3

if im not die try to do front lever progression
